Terms of Use

ARTICLE 1: Purpose

The purpose of these terms of use is to provide the legal framework for the way the services of the axiom-team.fr site are made available and used by “Visitors”. The terms of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User means that they accept these terms of use. If the User does not accept the terms of use set out in this contract, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the axiom-team.fr site, and the axiom-team.fr site reserves the right to change the content of these terms of use unilaterally and at any time.

ARTICLE 3: Definitions

The purpose of this clause is to define the various essential terms of the contract: User: this term refers to any person who uses the site or one of the services offered by the site.

ARTICLE 4: Access to the services

The site gives the User free access to the following services: information articles; receiving the “Newsletter”. The site is freely accessible from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User. Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the network or the server does not engage the liability of axiom-team.fr. Access to the services of the site may at any time be interrupted, suspended or modified without notice for maintenance or for any other reason. The User undertakes not to claim any compensation following the interruption, the suspension or the modification of this agreement.

ARTICLE 5: Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, signs and all other content of the site are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright. The User must request the prior authorisation of the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents. The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context. Any use of the contents for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without a prior request that has been accepted.

ARTICLE 7: Liability and force majeure

The sources of the information published on the site are deemed reliable. However, the site reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources. The information given on the site is for information purposes only. The User therefore bears sole and full responsibility for the use of the information and content of this site. The site does not provide an optimal guarantee of the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted. However, the site undertakes to implement all the means necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data as far as possible.

Many outgoing hyperlinks are present on the site; however, the web pages to which these links lead in no way engage the liability of axiom-team.fr, which has no control over these links. The axiom-team.fr site reserves the right to change the clauses set out in this contract at any time.

ARTICLE 10: Duration

This contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The contract takes effect with regard to the User from the moment the service is used.

ARTICLE 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction: French law applies to this contract. If a dispute arising between the parties is not resolved amicably, only the courts within the jurisdiction of the Administrative Court of Appeal of Toulouse are competent.

axiom-team.fr attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of Users and the confidentiality of their personal data, and therefore undertakes to process data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, in particular Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). We have put in place the procedure required by the law of 25 May 2018, known as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which you will find on the CNIL website

Your personal data: surname(s), first name(s), home address, email address, telephone, are stored in encrypted form, and no one has access to this data. We do not give, rent, sell or exchange your data. You can ask us at any time to delete this data from our server, simply by writing to this address: contact[@]axiom-team.fr; this deletion will be permanent.

For the Newsletter, just click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the News Letter, and the rest is automatic. Please note: all your information and data will be lost, and neither you nor we will be able to recover them; the deletion is permanent.
