The association makes up for the natural limits of volunteering: it lets developers who need it receive a salary, a paid internship, or payment for invoiced services — the preferred option, and the simplest.

Axiom-Team acts as a financial interface. The needs are expressed by the developers themselves; we help them set up a tailored campaign, with a deliverable that donors can read. Grants, such as the one from ADEME, are uncertain and require a share of self-funding and several months of cash flow; patrons, as discreet as they are generous, are running out of steam; your donations are therefore clearly the main resource.

The association provides digital tools for the self-organisation of local groups — the forum, and soon a free media library on monnaie-libre.fr to gather flyers, posters and stickers.

It also organises its own meetups: General Meetings, hackathons, install parties, RML (libre currency meetups) at the request of the organiser of each edition. Only meeting in person creates proximity. Our events are about technology and the life of the association; a local group is free to organise its Ğmarché (a june market) on the occasion, but the association neither organises nor promotes it.
