A 3-month full-time assignment (originally planned for spring 2025) for zoltounet, a developer supervised by Kimamila (@BenoitLavenier).

This estimate of budget and time was made off the cuff during a phone call. A somewhat fragile situation.

Raising the donations

The tier is quickly reached. The budget is allocated and set aside, ready to pay the invoices.

First progress review

The start took a little longer than planned, quickly made up.
The budget initially estimated is fully spent and exceeded from the 1st invoice (€7,275).

Kimamila therefore gave us an overview of what remains to be done:

• Finishing node selection (via the endpoint developed by @cgeek)
• PIN code management (letting the user choose it)
• Release on the Apple Store (first via testflight) to allow testing on iPhone:
  • Product sheet to write, validation to go through with Apple
• Release on the Android Play Store:
  • Sheet to write, and Google validation
• Release on the Mozilla catalogue (Firefox extension)
• Release on the Chrome Store (Chrome extension)

Allocation decision

Exceptionally, Axiom had to take an express decision to deal with this envelope overrun.

Kimamila explains how hard it is for him to predict how long and when he will be able to devote time to Cesium, for reasons internal to his company (a big new client, and the context).
