Forecast
The initial earmark was a flat-rate "drawdown" budget for a service invoiced by one or more developers "to be recruited". It was decided to allocate a second tier to Cesium to double the envelope (see Step1). This decision made it possible to pay the first invoice of €7,275, as well as the next one.
Raising the donations
The tier was reached in June 2025. The campaign was stopped straight afterwards, because donations were running out of steam and because the date of the migration was still not known.
Progress
Following the second invoice of €3,600, the total envelope for Cesium is almost spent.
Use of the Cesium envelope
The total envelope is therefore made up of the 2 tiers allocated, that is €12k.
€1,125 including VAT remain to be invoiced for Kimamila, from the allocated envelope.
Kimamila now plans to devote some volunteer stretches of time, but therefore has no visibility on his availability or on possible deadlines.
The plan is to offer Kimamila a specific campaign dedicated to Cesium, so that he can express his needs step by step, deliverable after deliverable. Donors will then be able to decide individually whether to fund Cesium without visibility on the deadlines (because it is not for Axiom Team to decide that for you).
