The tier is reached. The budget is allocated and set aside, ready to pay the invoices.
Progress
The Duniter migration has no sufficiently precise deadline, because it depends on factors that cannot be weighed up, in particular the completion of a web client. Indeed, only Ğecko is ready to use, and it only works on mobile. This in no way prevents Duniter from being finalised, however.
But Benjamin had to, and was able to, work on Duniter. So we paid a first invoice of €2,000 from this envelope.
